I know you can do better

I thought of many other things then paused and erased them in my mind - knowing that what I think may not be the same as what you were thinking. I am not sure if I will be able to know what exactly you were thinking but it's not the point. My point is that we are not meeting halfway. I would like to meet you halfway, how about you?

I would have appreciated you more if:

1. You updated me when you were picked up and that you were safely aboard.

2. You updated me that you will be home late or maybe you won't be home at all.

3. You updated me that you are safe under the roof of a friend enjoying good old talks.

4. You updated me whether you were drunk or tipsy or all clean, I would appreciate the honesty.

5. You updated me that you remember me despite your crowded moment, I will certainly give it all for you to enjoy them your old folks.

I know it's all about what I want...so maybe, if you want to negotiate and tell me how you want it so I can adjust my expectations, I'd appreciate the honesty...is it like:

1. You already informed me and all the details of whom and where are irrelevant.

2. You are old enough to inform people whether you will be home or not, the night is young and people are unpredictable.

3. You don't want to mention any people as long as you know for sure you are in the company of good people.

4. You don't need to inform me whether you are drunk or tipsy, I can't change and help your situation anyway.

5. You don't need to be clingy, you are with your old folks and they don't need to get involved in your personal and private life so I can just wait until you are done with them.

Is that it? Didn't I earn the right to know your whereabouts and the people you are with? In all of the instances, I go out, I inform you who the people I will be with, and I give you names even if you don't know them because I want to give you peace of mind. I even send you pictures whenever chanced. Don't you think I deserve to be treated the same? Or are you trying to send me a message to just do it as you do? Don't worry, I'm a fast learner. You'll see. All I really want is peace of mind.
